Dwight came to quote the day I called. He came to start the work at the time he promised. They replaced my bathroom fans quickly and exactly how I wanted. Dwight and his team did our kitchen and bathroom remodel and we're very happy with how it turned out! We live in Arizona and we couldn't make the trip to Michigan while the remodel was happening (we planned to move to Michigan after the remodel was finished). So it was very important to us to find someone we could trust, and someone who was going to be communicative throughout the process. Dwight was all of that and more. Highlights: • Dwight provided same-day quote - this was impressive. We had received 5 other quotes and no one gave a quote faster than he did. • Immediate start - all the other quotes we received couldn't start on our project until 3 to 4 months out. Dwight was able to start within 2 weeks. Dwight also completed our project within 2 months- and that's even when the cabinets arrived the wrong color at first (white), which the cabinet company rectified and re-sent in the color (gray) that we ordered. • Willing to work with our budget - this was another huge factor why we went with Dwight. His pricing was very competitive compared to the other quotes we received. He was also very professional and patient with us as we added/removed different materials/labor to get us closer to our budget. • Excellent communication - because we were out of state, we ended up choosing materials without seeing them in person (flooring, cabinets, countertops, hardware, etc). Anything else that we had no preference on (kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, sinks, bath tub/shower surround, etc.), Dwight worked with us and our budget and chose to achieve a cohesive look. He sent photos weekly to show progress, and we had a final video walk-thru at the end of the project. We have since moved in to our home and really love the end result! We had a small issue with not getting hot water in the bathrooms but Dwight came by, so we got to meet him in person and he fixed the issue for us. Incredibly pleased! We had an intensive remodel we needed done on our vintage log cabin and Dwight and his team were able to take on all the challenges associated with this renovation physical and logistic wise. We got all new siding, replaced a damaged wall built some new ones and got all new windows and trim. The materials arrived fast, his team was always on time and texts and emails were responded to quickly and the guys were all polite and friendly which is so hard to find these days. I can't even think of anything that was a draw back to hiring these guys. They were tolerable of our dogs being in the way too.
